How to Top Up your Pre-Pay Account



1. Login


Access our website by visiting the link http://merchant.eservicesgroup.com/ and login using the
given username and password. 




 


2. Top Up


Click on either the Top Up link in the left navigation, or on your Available Balance in the header
to reach the Top Up page






3. Insert Amount 


Select the amount to top up (always shown in your settlement currency) – you can either
choose one of our pre-set amounts, or enter a different figure – and the email address where
you would like us to send the payment receipt. We will automatically add the 1.5% transaction
fee to the amount you choose to top up your account. 









4.  PayPal Login


You will now be redirected to the Paypal payment page. To pay using your PayPal Account, enter
your login details and click ‘Log In’









5. PayPal Guest / Existing account  


Alternatively, you can check out as a guest and enter your credit card details. Opening a PayPal
account is not required – simply click ‘No, I don’t want an account now’ at the end of the
checkout page.










6. Payment Reference  


Once the payment has been successfully processed, you will be directed back to your Merchant
Account and will see a confirmation message containing your payment reference. Your Available
Balance will automatically update to include your payment (excluding 1.5% transaction fee). 








Almost immediately you should receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal, and an email
from ESG which will include your Payment Receipt. Please contact your Account Manager if you do
not receive either of these emails within about 5 minutes of your payment being confirmed.
