Currently, the app does not integrate/provide shipping rates/options on your store - you will need to manually create and manage your store shipping rates that would show on your checkout.
For any variations in shipping charges which are dependant on the shipping destination, you will need to repeat the set up for shipping rates for each region/country to which you allow orders to be shipped. When creating names for your shipping rates, make sure that you use unique and distinguishable names.
The app will be able to read each distinct shipping rates (name) you've set up, and will display these in the "Shipping Methods" settings in the app (here); here, you will need to map each of your shipping rates to one of the shipping services (STD/EXPED/EXP/ESGD) provided by E-Services.
Shipping quotations provided by E-Services are categorized as STD/EXPED/EXP which will be covered with you by our sales team.
