Dispatches are made by ESG throughout the day on daily basis during the work week.
Courier tracking information for the dispatches are released in ESG fulfillment systems when the courier(s) take ownership of the consignments - this usually is finalized by 10pm-12am HKT.
The tracking information is then available to download from the Activity Reports in your Dispatcher Management account.
Tracking information made available includes the carrrier used and the tracking number for the consignment.
